(a)This subpart shall not be construed to modify any provisions of Section 22–8–1.
(b)The Pike County Judge of Probate shall give notice and set a hearing
for
cause
shown
when
deauthorizing
any
designated
law
enforcement
agency.
(c)The Pike County Judge of Probate shall not be liable for the acts of any designated
law
enforcement
agency
or
officer
pursuant
to
this
subpart.
