Text
All Pike County law enforcement officers and all municipal law enforcement officers within Pike County are authorized and empowered to enforce the state statutes prohibiting the illegal dumping of waste. The enforcement powers shall be supplemental to, and shall be authorized to the same extent as, the enforcement powers of local health authorities of Pike County with respect to the enforcement of the statutes.
