§ 45-55-110 — Compensation
(a)In Pike County, each member of the board of registrars shall be entitled to receive additional compensation in the amount of ten dollars ($10) per day, payable out of the general fund of the county treasury. Such amount shall be in addition to any and all other amounts provided for by law and shall be paid only for those days the board is authorized to meet and conduct business.
(b)(1) The Pike County Commission may grant each member of the Pike County Board of Registrars an additional expense allowance in an amount not to exceed twenty dollars ($20) per day for each day when the board is authorized to meet and conduct business.
