§ 45-54A-90 — Employment of City Clerk, Police Chief, and Fire Chief
The City Council of the City of Reform in Pickens County may provide that the positions of city clerk, police chief, and fire chief shall be permanent positions subject to removal only from just cause after the completion of a satisfactory probation period as determined by the city council.
