§ 45-54A-50 — Court Costs
There is levied in the Town of Gordo an additional fee of ten dollars ($10) for court costs. Funds from the fee shall be deposited in the law enforcement fund to be used by the chief of police for law enforcement purposes. The chief of police shall prepare an annual report of the expenditures made from the fund during the fiscal year.
