Text

(a)Each person summoned for duty on any grand or petit jury in Pickens County shall be paid a total expense allowance of twenty dollars ($20) per day for each day’s service, plus mileage as provided by general law. The expense allowance and mileage accrued prior to January 17, 1977, is payable out of the county treasury.
(b)This section shall have retroactive effect, and all actions taken and payments made pursuant thereto on and before June 14, 1979, are ratified and confirmed.
