The proceeds from the tax levied, less the amount or percentage of the actual cost of collection as may be agreed upon by the Commissioner of the Department of Revenue and the Pickens County Commission, shall be distributed to the Pickens County General Fund to be allocated as follows:

(1)Two-thirds of the remaining proceeds, up to an amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000), shall be allocated annually for the Industrial Development Authority of Pickens County.
(2)One-third of the remaining proceeds, up to an amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), shall be allocated for the county drug task force.
(3)Any amounts remaining after the allocations provided in subdivisions (1) and (2) shall be used as are other county funds.
