Text
(a)In Pickens County, it shall be unlawful for anyone to have in his or her possession any quantity of alcoholic liquors and beverages. Exempted from this section is the possession, sale, purchase, and prescription dispensation of alcohol by pharmacists and physicians in accordance with the general law of the state.
(b)Any
person
convicted
of
violating
this
section
shall
be
guilty
of
a
Class
C
misdemeanor.
