Text

(a)Effective October 1, 2005, each member of the Board of Registrars of Pickens County shall be entitled to receive an additional per diem compensation in the amount of twenty dollars ($20) for each day’s attendance to the business of the board. The supplemental compensation provided in this section shall be in addition to compensation paid by the state and shall be paid out of the county treasury on a monthly basis in the same manner as other compensation is paid.
(b)This section shall be retroactive to October 1, 2002, and all payments made to each member of the Board of Registrars of Pickens County prior to the April 12, 2004, are validated, ratified, and confirmed.
