§ 45-54-110 — Expense Allowances for Board Members
(a)Each member of the Board of Registrars of Pickens County shall be entitled to an expense in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75) per month payable from the county general fund retroactive to October 1, 1985. The expense allowance shall remain in effect either until September 30, 1991, or until the provisions of Act 88–659 of the 1988 Regular Session are implemented, whichever occurs first, at which occurrence the county governing body shall by a resolution spread upon its minutes either terminate or continue the expense allowance. The expense allowance shall be paid in lieu of all other expense allowances heretofore provided by law for registrars.
(b)Effective October 1, 2005, each member of the Pickens County Board of Registrars shall be entitled to receive an additional expense
