Text
In Perry County, commencing with the next term of office, a Vice Chair of the Perry County Commission shall be elected from among the membership of the commission members. The vice chair shall act in the absence of the chair and shall serve as chair upon the disability of the chair to perform his or her duties. The salary of the vice chair shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) less than the salary of the chair.
