REPEALED BY ACT 2024-267, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2024. The Coroner of Perry County shall be entitled to receive an expense allowance in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per annum, to be paid in equal monthly installments out of the county general fund. The expense allowance provided for in this section shall be in lieu of all other expense allowances currently provided for the coroner and shall be the only expense allowance provided for the coroner. The coroner may use the expense allowance for in-county travel expenses.
