Text

The City of Decatur may create a joint commission and board with other municipalities within Morgan County or with Morgan County pursuant to an ordinance enacted pursuant to this part, with all the powers granted by this part to the commissions. Any joint commission and joint board shall be subject to all of the applicable provisions of this part and the representation on the joint commission and joint board shall be determined by the governing bodies participating in the joint commissions and joint boards.
