Text
There is established a school board for the City of Decatur, Alabama, which board shall be called the Decatur City Board of Education. The members of the board shall be elected by vote of the qualified electors of the City of Decatur as hereinafter provided. The board shall be composed of five members, with one member of the board being elected from each of the school districts as defined in Section 45-52A-31.01.
