Text

(a)Each court reporter of the Eighth Judicial Circuit shall be paid an expense allowance of one hundred dollars ($100) per month. Such expense allowances shall be paid out of the general funds of the counties comprising the circuit. Each county shall pay the portion of such allowances which equals the percentage the county’s population bears to the population of the whole circuit according to the most recent federal decennial census.
(b)Each court reporter for the Eighth Judicial Circuit shall be allowed and paid an additional one hundred dollars ($100) per month as an expense allowance which shall be in addition to any and all other pay, compensation, or expense allowances provided for by law.
