§ 45-52-220 — Legislative Findings

The Legislature finds that Morgan County has a legal obligation to create and maintain records which document its work and to make those records accessible to the public. The Legislature further finds that the current storage facilities and method of providing access to those records are inadequate to meet the needs of the county government and the residents of Morgan County.
