Text
(a)The board of registrars in Morgan County shall have authority to omit and remove from the list of qualified electors in the county the name of any person who fails to vote at least once in six years in any general election, primary election, municipal election, or special election held in the county.
(b)It shall be the duty of the board of registrars in the county to notify each person whose name shall be removed from the list of qualified electors pursuant to subsection (a), by first class mail or postal card addressed to his or her last known address as shown by the records of the board.
(c)Any qualified elector in the county whose name shall be omitted or removed from the list of qualified electors shall be entitled to have his or her name restored to the list of qualified elector
