Text

(a)Effective with the next term of office, the Superintendent of Education of Morgan County shall be paid an annual salary to be set by the Morgan County Board of Education. The salary of the superintendent of education shall be an amount not less than 115 percent of the annual salary of the highest paid principal in the Morgan County public school system.
(b)The Morgan County Board of Education, in its discretion, may provide a reasonable expense allowance and other benefits for the superintendent.
