(a)For purposes hereof:
(1)ADDITIONAL PIKE ROAD SCHOOL DISTRICT TAXATION means the levy and collection in the Pike Road school tax district of additional ad valorem school district taxation at the uniform rate of 3 mills pursuant to Amendment 3 to the Alabama Constitution, as increased by 22.5 mills pursuant to Section 217 of the Alabama Constitution to a uniform total rate of 25.5 mills, effective simultaneously with the reduction of 6.5 mills of ad valorem school district taxation in the district (by expiration of a separate ad valorem school district taxation in the district, and for any tax year for which the levy of the additional school district tax at the uniform total rate shall be approved in the manner then provided by law; provided that the additional Pike Road school district
