Text
Commencing with the 1995 term, the mayor shall receive such salary as the council, by resolution or ordinance, may prescribe. Such salary and the manner in which it is to be paid, shall be established by the council. In no event shall the council set the annual salary of the mayor below fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or above ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000).
