Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any industrial development board established by any Class 3 municipality organized under Part 4 shall have two additional members appointed by the county commission of the county where the municipality is located. Members appointed pursuant to this section shall serve for terms as currently provided for other members of the board.
