Text

The board, by the proceedings described in this subpart, may request the city or the county, as the case may be, to levy one or more assessments, on some or all of the property in the boundaries of the authority, and no property shall be exempt from assessment due to the fact that it is presently subject to another assessment. If the board determines that certain property within the boundaries of the authority is not benefitted by any particular improvement, the board shall not request the city or county, as the case may be, to levy an assessment on property for the improvement.
