Text

(a)The authority shall be governed by a board of directors. All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its authorization. The board shall consist of up to 24 directors who shall be designated as hereinafter provided.
(b)The members of the board shall be each city council member, the mayor of the city, each county commission member whose district includes the I-65 corridor area, the chair of the county commission, and each legislator whose legislative district includes any part of the I-65 corridor area, and who is a qualified elector of Montgomery County, shall serve as a director.
