Text

(a)The Montgomery City Council by ordinance, may establish one entertainment district within the city permitting consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased from on-premise alcoholic beverage licensees to be consumed by purchaser anywhere within the entertainment district. The term on premises as applied to consumption in each such entertainment district shall include anywhere within such district, regardless of the terms and conditions of licensure.
(b)The entertainment district herein permitted shall be a geographical area, irregularly shaped, which shall have its southern boundary the northern/northwestern side of Bibb Street, its western boundary on the east-ern/northeastern side of Moulton Street, its northern boundary on the southern/southeastern side of Water Street, including a
