In Montgomery County, effective beginning the next term of the county commission after April 6, 2022, the salary of each member of the Montgomery County Commission shall be increased by sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) per year and two existing unvouchered expense allowances granted to each member of the county commission equal to the same amount per year shall be repealed and replaced by the salary increase provided in this section.
