Text

Each hunting preserve operator shall maintain a register and record therein the names, addresses, hunting license numbers, the date on which each hunted, and the amount and species of game taken by each hunter. An accurate record by species shall also be maintained of the total number of birds raised on the preserve or purchased, and the number of each species released thereon each year. These records shall be open to inspection by any duly authorized representative of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at any reasonable time.
