Text
Bobwhite quail shall be tagged with a self-sealing tag prior to being released on the preserve. The operators of hunting preserves shall cooperate in other requests which the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources might make for scientific investigations. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall specify tags which hunting preserve operators shall use, the tags to be numbered consecutively, dated by year of issuance, and carry the operator’s license number.
