Text

The privilege license or permit fee for operating a hunting preserve shall be twenty-five dollars ($25) per year for the first 100 acres of hunting preserve plus five dollars ($5) per year for each additional 100 acres or part thereof. Any person who desires to operate such a hunting preserve shall first file a request with a local state game warden, or with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, to have the tract which he or she proposes to use as a hunting preserve inspected, and if it meets the requirements of this article and the rules and regulations of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources he or she shall have a permit issued to him or her to procure a license to operate such hunting preserve.
