Text

(a)(1) The sale of draft or keg beer for on-premises consumption only by retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is authorized in areas of Montgomery County outside of the corporate limits of the City of Montgomery.
(2)Any sale or condition of sale of draft or keg beer or other alcoholic beverage approved by an ordinance adopted by the City of Montgomery pursuant to subsection (b) or (c), or both subsections, shall automatically be authorized and applicable in the county outside of the corporate limits of the City of Montgomery.
(b)The governing body of the City of Montgomery is hereby empowered to authorize by ordinance the sale of draft or keg beer for on-premises consumption only by retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board within the co
