§ 45-51-100 — Compensation
Commencing with the next term of office of the member elected in 1996, each member of the Montgomery County Board of Education shall receive a salary of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per year in lieu of all other compensation, salaries, and expense allowances. The compensation shall be paid from funds allocated to the Montgomery County Board of Education.
