Text

(a)The chair and each member of the Board of Equalization of Monroe County shall be entitled to an additional fifteen dollars ($15) per day for each day’s service as provided by law. The compensation shall be payable from any funds of the county general fund not previously appropriated.
(b)The board of equalization is further entitled to receive an additional travel allowance of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per year. The allowance shall be paid periodically during the year as the Monroe County Commission shall designate.
