Text

It shall be the duty of the city attorney to give advice to the City Council of the City of Prichard, and to those selected by the City Council of the City of Prichard to act as trustee or agent for the fund, on all matters pertaining to the administration of this part, and the management of the fund, whenever requested to so do, and he or she shall represent and defend the city in all matters arising from the administration hereof.
