Text

In all matters involving the sickness or disability of an employee of the city, the city council, or other governing body shall have such disabled member or such sick member, as it sees fit, examined by a reputable physician who shall make his or her report in writing to the city and to the employee. Any employee who refuses to allow a reasonable examination by such physician on the authority referred to herein, during the continuance of such refusal, shall be barred from receiving any benefits whatsoever under this part.
