Text

Upon the effective date of the repeal of Act 3, 1890 Regular Session, and Act 91-373, 1991 Regular Session, the Mobile County Commission may appropriate funds, not to exceed six thousand dollars ($6,000) annually, from the county general fund in the annual budget of the judge of probate for the following expenses:

(1)Payment of publication costs relating to estates that have no cash assets available to pay the same.
(2)Other reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the General Administrator for Mobile County, appointed as provided by law, in the discharge of the duties of the general administrator as determined by the judge of probate.
