Text

In Mobile County, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the judge of probate is hereby authorized to sell, at the rate of five cents ($0.05) per name, the list of names and addresses of all qualified voters of requested wards and precincts within the county, to any candidate for federal, state, district, county, or municipal office who has qualified for the office with the appropriate official. All proceeds from the sales of the lists shall be deposited into the county general fund.
