Text
In addition to the salary paid to the District Attorney in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there also shall be paid to the district attorney from the general fund of the county treasury in equal monthly installments an annual supplement to his or her salary payable by the state, so that the total amount of his or her entire annual salary payable by the state and county shall be an amount equal to five hundred dollars ($500) less than the total annual salary of circuit court judges in the county.
