Text
(a)In Mobile County in addition to the salaries paid to each of the Circuit Judges of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall also be paid to each of the judges a supplement salary in the sum equal to 45 percent of the salary paid each of the judges by the State of Alabama. The supplement salary shall be paid out of the general fund of the county in equal installments at the same time and in the same manner that the salary of other county employees are paid.
(b)This section shall not operate to increase the salary or supplement of any public officer or employee except the Circuit Judges of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
