Text

In Mobile County, in addition to any and all other compensation provided by law, the several supernumerary clerks of the circuit court and the supernumerary register of the circuit court shall receive a supplement in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per annum. The supplemental salary shall be payable from the general fund of the county in equal monthly installments.
