Text

The Mobile County Commission is hereby authorized, at its discretion, to pay the District Court Clerk of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit an expense allowance in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per month; provided, that such expense allowance shall be in addition to all compensation or salary supplement heretofore payable to such officer.
