Text

The salaries of each the Register of the Circuit Court and the District Court Clerk of Mobile County, Alabama, of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, may be supplemented by the County of Mobile which makes up the judicial circuit in an amount up to six thousand dollars ($6,000) per annum. The supplemental salary shall be paid upon the availability of funds and the approval of the county commission. The amount shall be paid in the same manner as is paid other county employees, and shall be paid from the general fund of the county of the judicial circuit.
