Text

The County Commission of Mobile County shall hold regular meetings on the second Monday of every month, and shall remain in session until all business before them is disposed of; and the commissioners may hold such special meetings, upon the call of its president or the two associate commissioners, as may be necessary for the proper discharge of their duties. A majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The commission shall keep complete and accurate written minutes of all meetings, business transacted, and resolutions adopted; and there shall be recorded therein the vote of each member. At each meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read, and all minutes shall be open to public inspection at reasonable times.
