Text
Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, the County Commission of Mobile County shall have all the jurisdiction and powers which are or may hereafter be by law vested in the courts of county commissioners, boards of revenue, or other county governing bodies of this state; and the members thereof shall perform all the duties and services and exercise all the powers which are or may be provided by law for the members of courts of county commissioners, boards of revenue, or other county governing bodies of this state.
