Text

(a)Members of the commission shall be elected at the general election to be held in November 1960, and every four years thereafter, by the qualified electors of the entire district which they are seeking. In all primary and general elections held to choose members of the commission, the ballots shall separately designate and specify the places on such commission by number, and each candidate shall designate in the announcement of his or her candidacy the number of the place for which he or she is a candidate and such candidate shall have resided within and be registered to vote in that district at least 90 days prior to qualifying.
