Text
The following are exempted from this part:
(1)Persons licensed by law of this state to practice medicine, surgery, osteopathy, or chiropractic.
(2)Commissioned medical or surgical officers of the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine hospital service.
(3)Registered nurses.
(4)Hairdressers and beauty culturists, insofar as their usual and ordinary vocation and profession is concerned, including light hair trimming incidental to waving of all kinds.
(5)Undertakers and morticians.
(6)All barber schools and colleges and instructors employed therein by the state or county department of education.
