Text

The presiding circuit judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit shall have the duty to implement this part and to generally superintend all administrative functions pursuant hereto. The presiding circuit judge shall have the power to employ and dismiss personnel employed to carry out this part, except judicial officers, and to direct, supervise, and fix salaries for such personnel, who shall be confidential employees of the court. The employees shall have all powers of arrest granted to law enforcement officers of this state.
