Text
Any person who has been sentenced to the Mobile County Jail and who has been released pursuant to Section 45-49-235, may at the time of sentencing or at any time while part of his or her sentence remains unserved, be required by the court to report to the jail to be incarcerated during weekends or at such times or intervals of time as the court may direct. Any time so spent in jail shall be deducted from the term of the sentence. Any part of a day spent in the institution shall count as a full day toward the serving of the sentence. In no event shall the number of days of confinement exceed the number of days in the original sentence.
