Text

No person shall possess a firearm on the Escatawpa River from the Washington County boundary line to United States Highway 98. Provided, however, a person owning land adjacent to the river may possess a firearm, if other legal requirements are properly met. Provided, further, this section shall in no way prohibit a person with a proper permit from carrying a hand gun on the river.
