Text

The License Commissioner of Mobile County may appoint a qualified person to serve as a secretary to the license commissioner who shall serve at the pleasure of the license commissioner. The salary of the secretary shall not exceed that of the salary of the secretaries to the Mobile County Commissioners and shall be payable in equal installments upon warrants drawn from the county treasury in the same manner as county employees.
