Text

(a)The Mobile County License Commissioner shall mail forms to all registered boat owners within Mobile County so as to allow boat owners to complete such application forms for ordering the annual certificate of registration and pay for any taxes and tags or decals by mail so that the tag or decal and receipts therefor may be forwarded to the owner by mail. The license commissioner’s office may assess an additional one dollar ($1) fee for each such certificate issued by him or her by mail.
(b)The provisions of this section are cumulative and shall not be construed to repeal or supersede any laws or parts of laws not directly inconsistent herewith.
