Text
In order for a road to be considered under this part, all of the owners of property located adjacent to the named road, or portion of the named road to be considered, and whose property does not gain access from another openly traveled public or private right-of-way, shall sign the petition. The petition shall be submitted to the county commission during the month of January requesting the commission to consider the acceptance of the named privately maintained road into the county road maintenance system.
